Biography
Dutch soprano Fleur Franssen began her vocal training at the age of sixteen with José Kalthof. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln (Aachen), where she studies with Professor Claudia Kunz-Eisenlohr. She has further refined her artistry through masterclasses with Ingeborg Danz, Ulrich Eisenlohr, and Romana Noack.
In June 2026, Fleur made her operatic debut as Suor Genovieffa in Puccini's Suor Angelica at Theater Aachen, a collaboration with the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. As a concert soloist, she has appeared in Bomtempo's Requiem with the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra and regularly performs with orchestras and ensembles.
For the 2026/27 season, she joins the ensemble of Theater Aachen as a scholarship recipient of the Theaterinitiative. She will appear as Tebaldo in Verdi's Don Carlo.
